It would have been hard to have picked a better day to photograph a wedding at Bluffer’s Park in Toronto, but not for the typical reasons of temperature or lack of rain. Jeff and Victoria were blessed with the perfect amount of fog, and for a wedding on the water, in a marina, it was absolutely perfect. Oh, and it really helped that it didn’t rain.
Growing up in the west end of Toronto, I rarely got out to the east end and certainly didn’t visit the Scarborough Bluffs much when I was a kid. It’s really a shame because this park is fantastic. I’m just happy I can enjoy it as an adult now and I have to say it is an absolute joy for wedding photography. Big shout out to Jeff and Victoria and their adventurous wedding party! We walked quite a bit, but on top of that, at one point I had them climbing over rocks, through mud and down cliffs! Okay, not the last part, but I did have them working, and they did it all with a smile! What a fun day!
