I took this photo as part of my “Christmas Countdown” on BlogTO. I really doubt I would have taken the photo if I hadn’t specifically been looking for Christmas decorations. Just goes to show why it’s so important to carry your camera where ever you go and take photos of anything interesting.
This image is just so simple, I don’t know why I love it so much, and I wonder if the snowflake would look as appropriate on any other colored wall.
The vignetting is entirely natural.
Three other photos I really enjoyed from this weeks shooting are below. While I’m definitely taking a lot of twilight photos, with the sun setting so early, it’s really just mid-afternoon.
