Corporate Event and Conference Photography

Corporate Event and Conference Photography Toronto.

Being a commercial photographer in Toronto, a lot of my time is spent at conferences and corporate events. Despite that, it’s recently dawned on me that I don’t dedicate enough time posting about them. I hope to change that moving forward, but to kind of catch up on the past few years, I wanted to make a highlight gallery of some of my favourites. And so, without further ado, I present a post filled with images and information on corporate event and conference photography in Toronto. If you want to learn more, please visit my corporate event photography page, check out my corporate photography gallery or contact me on my about page

When photographing events and conferences I strive to capture the essence of the event and relationship between participants.  I do this through both the formal shots of speakers and group shots as well as a wide variety of candids, audience shots, mingling and exhibitor shots,  shots of venue, decor, branding… I try to cover it all.  The goal is to document every aspects of the event to provide an extensive visual inventory of both formal and spontaneous photos.

As each event is unique, I also cater my shooting to provide clients with any aspect of the event they most value, be that, signage, crowd shots or interaction shots between exhibitors and delegates. While it might sound like I’m pitching to you, the truth is, I am! I’ve been doing this for a long time and I’m pretty decent at it. Feel free to reach out to see if I’m available for your next event.

Experienced Toronto Event Photographer

I have extensive experience photographing a wide variety of conferences and events throughout the Toronto and the GTA. I’d list all the venues I’ve photographed at, but it would just be a list of hotels and conference centres in and around Toronto, and that wouldn’t be super exciting. What is exciting is that I work with a really wide range of clients, organizations from business and tech fields, to healthcare and arts, to education and mining.

As you might have guessed, some of my clients I’ve been working with for years and I photograph the same conferences/event every year. I also work with clients that require a local photographer for a national or international summit or conference in or around Toronto, never to work with them again. Sad face emoji. Either way, I would love to work with your organization or conference.

Organizations featured on this page include Canadian Steel Conference, CNIB Connecting the Dots, American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, Portfolio Management Association Of Canada, CESBA and Keyspire Investor Summit Toronto.

Please reach out to me for a quote. Prices can vary depending on a number of factors, but ballpark rates are from $150 to $250 per hour, though this can be reduced with packages over multiple days. All my event photography includes shooting and post production as well as equipment, materials and transportation.

The price can vary if you need multiple photographers depending on how many and how long they would need to shoot. I work with many skilled shooters in case there is need for more than one or if I am not available on a given day.

Deliverables are high-resolution digital images through file-to-file transfer site such as Dropbox.  Turn around time can vary and would like to discuss more about this.  It’s common for clients to want some images next day/same day for a slideshow or social. I am happy to include this, as requested.  The remaining images are typically available within a week.

Professional, Personable, Friendly

I recommend to all my clients consider multiple photographer dimensions before they make their decision because their choice has to be made not only on skill/style and price but also personality.  In a way, your photographer becomes an extension of your staff representing your organization, and making sure that the delegates and speakers either don’t notice (which is great) or feel comfortable with the photographer is essential.  This shows through in pictures.  That being said, I pride myself in being friendly and professional while maintaining a non-intrusive observational role when the situation calls for it, and a friendly director when group photos or posed photos are necessary.

I would love to work with you to deliver strong images for you, making sure the images are compelling, convincing and memorable.

Please do not hesitate to contact me for any reason regarding the contents of this proposal, if you would like more information, images or references.
