I’ve been looking forward to photographing a wedding at Black Creek Pioneer Village for a long time, and now that I have, I can’t wait to shoot another wedding there. It’s just a perfect island in the northern part of city with so many fun places to shoot, props galore and even live animals. If you’re having a vintage wedding, the distillery is great, but in the northern part of the city, from Brampton across to Vaughn and Markham, Black Creek isn’t too far and to me, it’s a no brainer. Photo permits are available through their website.
As you can see, it was an absolutely beautiful August day and Mike and Stephanie were again, such a pleasure to work with. Plus, you have to love the kilts. More photos below, including a ring bearer in a kilt as well, it’s adorable, and the bride and groom petting a super friendly sheep!
