I’ve been meaning to post this engagement shoot for a couple of weeks, what being fall and beautiful outside, but now that we got our first snowfall, I knew I had to post it. Hard to believe it’s winter already, but it was another great summer and fall of shooting and this was one of my favourite afternoons. Milton was beautiful, leaves were gorgeous and John and Melissa were such great fall models. We started outside of city hall, met someone pretty important (that special guests appears later in the shoot), then walked over to Mill Pond, Centennial Park and Livingston Park. It’s a great series of trails including a pond, river, train tracks, rocks and paths. It’s awesome, especially on a beautiful fall day. I will definitely be back.

And the special guest appearance… Milton mayor Gordon A. Krantz, who is currently the longest serving mayor in Canada now that Hazel has retired. He saw us photographing outside city hall and let us in, let Melissa and John sit in his chair and even let us take a picture with him. Such a fantastic host and a great ambassador for the city.
